I have a new Ionic. I have downloaded the app, synced the Ionic to my phone and wifi at my house. I have them both plugged in and was trying to get the firmware to update. It just spins on my phone and the Ionic screen just has the fitbit logo, along with the scrolling different languages. No other screens populate except the syncing code (from my pairing it again and again to my phone). I do not know what else to do to get this Ionic to work. I have restarted my phone and the Ionic, taken the app off my phone and re downloaded it, hard restarted the Ionic numerous times and can not get past this firmware update. Very frustrated at this time.
