Same problem here. I literally woke up this morning with a cracked screen. I have no other theory than internal tension gave way.
I live in Romania, bought it in December from an Orange official shop. Please help.
As you see in pics, there is no dent on the bezel.

Your only option will be to return it, either to where you bought it and hope they’ll exchange it or to Fitbit for replacement (probably charged but you could try your luck). There are no user serviceable parts on the Ionic (strap aside).

I had the same thing happen to mine. They are telling me it is my fault. How can it be my fault when it was fine in the evening when put on charger and in the morning the screen was cracked. I have worn watches with glass faces my entire life and never had a screen crack or any cellphone I have owned. Very disappointed in Fitbit company for not standing behind products. I have had this less than a month and for the price you pay it is insane.

Did they replace your watch?
