Hi, i just bought 2 sets of fitbit ionic since yesterday, then i realised the watch was not compatible with huawei mate 10. can i get refund? please help.

It depends where you bought them. If you bought direct from fitbit.com then you have a 45 day return window for a refund and the first step is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
If you purchased elsewhere then you need to contact that retailer to see what your options are.

Then you'll be covered by the warranty which runs for 12 months (24 months in Europe) but the warranty provides for a replacement only, no refund.

I've heard mixed reviews on customer service so we shall see.
UPDATE: Customer Service is taking care of my issue so thanks to them!
