I cannot access WiFi. i have done a reset, and now not only can I not access WiFi, but my personal music was erased.
I have begged you for assistance, but no help from anyone. Is there anyone out there who knows how to fix my problem with my Ionic?
It worked perfectly for almost 8 months. It stopped accessing my WiFi suddenly, without warning, about 3 weeks ago. I don't know what to do. I have tried everything I can find on here. my Ionic cannot access my WiFi network, even though my network is fine. Please help, and please don't delete my post and send me another "I broke the rules" email. I am posting this because I can't fix my Ionic, and chastising me for posting just makes this worse. Thank you.

Yep that happened to me as well. Wanted to switch up my music playlists and the Apple Transfer App deleted my previous music loaded in the Ionic -> then simply refused to load my new playlists. That was extremely rude.
Apparently my WIFI randomly disconnected from the Ionic. I went thru all the hoops to re-connect WIFI and finally got it to go. As noted before -> in my opinion this is the worst implementation of music transfer I have ever experienced in my life.
Whether loading to Android or Apple devices my transfers occur over charge cables or drag and drop into a SD. Fast and seamlessly. Music loads in minutes vs hours using the super slow Fitbit WIFI.
So check that your device App has your WIFI validly and strongly connected -> and not greyed out. Then immediately try to transfer a predetermined playlist via the computer Connect App. Once it starts loading let it do its transfer without interruption. Then follow the Ionic prompt to end. For me it needlessly takes multiple tries before it stays connected and works. Unfortunately it is what it is. It does work tho.
If not -> call Tech Support and see if they can get it going for you. Have noticed my WIFI connection sometimes randomly does simply disappear off the previously connected list. Which should not happen. Then have to re-connect the Ionic to WIFI again.

Hello @Ericws and @Whistler888.
Thanks for trying all of those steps and sharing your feedback on the matter.
In this case I'd recommend that you try following all of the steps in this help article. It should help you in getting the WiFi to sync.
Let me know if there is anything else that I can help with.

Thanks Lanuza. A few days ago was able to load music on without doing any of those steps in the link. Just BT synced the Ionic to the computer -> then started the WIFI music transfer. If you read my previous post it details what I did. As well as tests I did.

Hello @Whistler888.
Indeed, I could see those very detailed tests and steps that you shared, greatly appreciated. I was merely adding some additional steps that could've been useful. I'm sorry if it seemed like I disregarded your contribution and assistance, that was not my intention at all.
Having said that, if you have the time be sure to visit one of our Discussion boards. Maybe some topic in there will be of your interest, or there is something you'd like to share yourself.
Feel free to reach out if there is anything I can help you with.

Thank you Whistler and Lanuza. I really appreciate your reply. All seems to be working again, after 3+ weeks of difficulty. Going out for a run shortly to see if everything is tip-top in condition again.
Hoping for the best! My Ionic has been so fun when it works! When it hasn't, it has been difficult to straighten out.
