Can’t access purchased clock face

Hi, I purchased a clock face and it still comes up with “this is a paid product...” message. Have checked my account and the money has definitely come out but I can’t use it on my watch?

Before purchasing that clock face I had one set up on my watch already but wanted to change it. How do use the new face I purchased?

@Sheryl_xo Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your paid clock face is still showing this message on your watch. 

 

I would like you to change your clock face to a Fitbit one then sync your watch. After this, change it back the paid clock face and sync again.

 

If you continue to see the same on your Ionic, please contact the developer of the clock face. At the bottom of the clock face description, you'll see "Contact Developer".
