My previous Ionic gave up the ghost after 26 months. All worked fine with it except that I was never able to get any notifications from my phone on it. I purchased a new Ionic and I am now able to get notifications unlike my previous one, but I am unable to change the clock face, as I did many times with my previous Ionic.
I can look at the list of available clock faces, but when I click on any of them to take me to the details page to install it, I simply get a blank white screen with a "busy" spinning blue icon and a back button. I never see anything besides this, no matter how long I wait, nor which one I select.
I have tried restarting the app, reinstalling the app, removing the Ionic from the bluetooth menu on my phone and adding it again. I've done multiple resets on the Ionic (12+ times). All syncing works fine with the exception of changing the clock face. Today I tried doing a factory reset and re-downloading the firmware to start from scratch and I still have the same problem. The only way the clock face will change is when I do a factory reset and it randomly picks a clock face to install. This time it installed one that I like even less than the one that it installed originally.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro phone. I've had the same phone for years and have had no trouble with it since I got my first Fitbit over two years ago.

That sounds like a server issue since you obviously know how to do it. I would contact support.
