Can’t charge ionic 0% flashing

Had my Ionic for about 1 month. Worked fine for a couple of weeks then battery was loosing charge quickly. Wouldn’t  last 1 day(GPS is off). Did a reset and worked ok for a while. The battery was on 14% today so I attempted to charge it. It went straight to 0% and is now flashing. I can’t reset. Tried multiple charging points. I cleaned the charging point. Just stopped flashing as I write this. Now it’s completely dead. Please help.

If you are still in the return window I would take it back and buy another brand. If you are outside of that window contact their support via chat or the phone, those seem to be the best way to contact them as they can start a replacement for  you while support here doesn't seem to be able to. Just note your warranty only applies to one year from your purchase date, not one year for each device as it should be. This is of course unless you are in the EU, their laws are different and you get a 2 year warranty.
