I'm a Newbie to this technology. I have set up my Ionic, linked to an iphone. I have Windows 10 app installed. I transferred music via the Windows 10 to Ionic.
When I try to connect audio device none of my bluetooth devices are found.
Settings
Bluetooth / Connection Options
+ Audio Device
Searching / Still Searching / No Devices found
I have tried this while connected and disconnected to the iphone ( under the iphone's bluetooth setting )
Any help or advice would be great.
I've also restarted the Ionic.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Welcome on board @hatadearg, it's nice to see a new member around! Thanks for already taking the time to troubleshooting this inconvenience with your audio device and Fitbit Ionic, nice way to go!
When you add a new Bluetooth audio device for the first time, make sure both the device and your watch are in pairing mode.
To pair a new Bluetooth audio device, follow the steps below:
When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.
Additionally, if you keep having troubles when controlling your music, I'd like you to make sure you don't have any other device paired to your phone as this can be interfering with the music. In this case, I would like you to restart your Ionic and try the steps mentioned here Why can't I control music on my phone with my Fitbit device?.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome!

Update.
I've managed to connect to a set on Simple Audio Listen speakers.
To date it's the only Audio device that the Ionic has found.
I've tried to pair with a Jumbo Juice Marshmallow Speaker , On-earz headphones and a LG soundbar.
All devices are in Pairing mode as I am able to find and connect a Amazon Kindle Fire immediately after the Ionic tells me No Devices found.
So at least I know it's no a hardware issue.
Thanks
