When are the problems with the iconic crashing going to be sorted out as this has been going on for sometime now. My wife and sister-in-law both have the versa and they never have this problem

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing these intermittent crashes. Our team is aware of this, we are hoping to have a fix implemented in a future release. However, I do not have an estimated timeline for resolution yet but I will be sure to let you know as soon as I have additional information.
In the meantime, I recommend performing a quick restart to refresh your Ionic's system before beginning a long distance exercise.
