Can't connect my Ionic to Deezer

When will the problem be resolved: The deezer app is on my ionic. When I try to open it sends me back to fitbit app to verify Wi-Fi even though it's clearly showing as connected to wifi. Should I rather tray a Garmin watch?

Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Your Deezer subscription may have expired or you may have exceeded your limit of offline devices. Make sure your Fitbit is charged and in range of your Wi-Fi network to verify your account status at least once every 15 days.
