Any suggestions how to delete an alarm? I can access the first remove button, bit when I get to the second screen that has the cancel/remove, I can cancel my request, but the remove button won't acknowledge the touch. I've tried resetting the watch and fully charging. It is also doing something weird when I'm charging it and entering PIN after PIN until I'm locked out and have to use my phone to unlock my Ionic. My Ionic is 3years old but I thought I'd have it linger than this. I guess I could try a factory reset and hope that fixes the issues, but I'm worried it won't restart and I'll loose what functionality I have. Suggestions welcome!!

Hi @BeachGirlNC -
Have you tried updating the alarm [to a different time or adding day of the week or turning it off first]?
This may refresh it and allow it to be deleted.
Are you able to delete other alarms, or just not the first or last?
Are you able in the Fitbit App to delete the Alarms App and reinstall it?
This will surely remove any alarms, or just simply turn it off, unless you have run out of room for alarms.
Factory reset is inadvisable in case you lose the whole watch for such a small issue.
Instead try a Shutdown from the watch menu and wait 10 seconds and place on the charger to restart it and fully charge it or push the button.
It may be having difficulty detecting touch, make sure the watch is properly clean and you are not using your nail to operate the touch. See if someone else can make it work.
