Can’t find on Bluetooth after a flight

I noticed my ionic didn’t change time zones after a flight. So I looked and it won’t sync. Looked deeper and it is not on Bluetooth list. Restarted phone and ionic. Still can’t see device. Reset ionic to factory default. Still can’t be found from any phone. 

I now have a brick. What next?

Ok so I'm not sure how much help I'll be with this, but on the off-chance that you finally do get it to sync, have you verified that your account is now associated with your new time zone?  When/if the Ionic syncs, this is what the Ionic will be tied to.
