can't get a discount code, can't login, phone/email support are both helpless
How difficult it is to give your customer a discount code to "stay with you" while I'm claiming my refund? Do you have to make it so hard to buy your product again?
You already have my email address and I'm sure you have me a customer way way back. Why do I have to provide registration number. proof of purchase after so many years of syncing my ionic with your server everyday?
