Sorry for the delayed reply. I would like you to confirm you have checked your Spam or Junk folder, the Fitbit email might be there. If you have checked but you haven't received the email, please let me know.
Your Fitbit Ionic will sync to your account using your phone's Bluetooth and your Fitbit app.

I have not been able to sync my Fitbit Ionic to the app since 10 am on 11/25/19. I have tried all of the suggestions that were listed when I did a search to sync my Fitbit. I haven't had any luck. When I try to sync, it says no device found. I did an app updated last night and thought that may fix it but it didn't. Do you know if other folks are having the same issue? Not sure what I need to do to correct the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know you probably tried most of the procedure that's mentioned in this article but please confirm it. If you have but your Ionic is still not syncing, please let me now the mobile device you're using. Are you getting any error message that's not letting your Ionic sync?
