Can't read my texts after the update

After the update I can receive text messages, but cannot read them. It only gives me the option to quick reply or mark as read.

Let me help you with your inquiry about the text notifications. I recommend checking this article, also if you're still getting trouble please follow the instructions below: 

 

  • Start by opening the Fitbit app 
  • Tap on account 
  • Select your Ionic on the small icon 
  • Tap on notifications and toggle it off 
  • Restart your mobile device and Toggle it back on
