Can’t set up ionic after factory reset

Hi

 

ive had my ionic since Jan 2020 with little or no problems. Today I noticed the time was about 1.5 hours out. I tried to sync multiple times but nothing. It hadn’t recorded my sleep from the previous evening either. After following advice to power down and restart, then toggle off on Bluetooth on my phone it still wouldn’t sync. It’s fully charged so I decided to factory reset and after it restarted the watch cannot be found on various devices (iPhones and an iPad) I originally had a surge so I’ve tried that and despite no use since March 2020 it worked fine and was recognised via Bluetooth. Is there anything else I can do as the watch was a present after damaging my achilles in November and I don’t have any receipts etc. This is my second ionic as the first wouldn’t hold charge for more than a day. Really disappointing for what was the flagship tracker of the brand. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Anyone ? 

it now gets to the point where it asks for a number but before you can input the sequence it goes off and generates another number 😳😕

 

really would like some advise/help

Still no joy with the ionic it is not recognized at all by an iPad or three different iPhones. All has been full factory reset and it starts up but then nothing. This was a gift so I have no receipt and it only 6/7 months. old. Really disappointing as this is my 2nd ionic the first having battery drain issues and you would expect better from what was the flagship model. Please can someone at least direct me to where I can contact customer services if no one has a fix other than the many I've tried on the site
