Can't setup the Wifi

When I go into the setup on my new Ionic, it will not allow me to setup Wifi.  I click "setup Wifi" and it seems to search for my wifi, but nothing ever happens.  Same thing on my phone setup. 

 

Any idea how to fix this?

@reddackel Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for trying to setup your Ionic through Wi-Fi. Have you verified if your Wi-Fi Network is working correctly? You can try this by connecting another device to it. 

 

If your Ionic is still not being connected to your Wi-Fi network, please confirm if the network is compatible with your Ionic. Check this article for more details on this. For best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network.

 

If you confirm that everything is okay, but your Ionic is still not connecting; I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps found on this helpful article. This should definitely help you out with this.

I was able to setup my wi-fi, magically, a short while later.

Can’t get Ionic to connect to any WIFi. Tried 100 times 

Barrett fully charfed. App tells me to charge battery. Deleted app and started I’ve. Same problems
