I have my Ionic 90% set up, can't seem to sync Pandora stations, either my top stations or the "workout" stations you can select from. My Ionic syncs to my phone app fine (so far), but for reason the stations never seem to load to tracker. I let it update over night, and nothing loaded, just says "No Stations Yet". I have tried re-sync and force sync a few times now. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd love to use this feature. Please Help Fitbit!

Update: still can’t play pandora , but I think pandora media seems to be on watch, when go to music in phone app, blue bar at top that appear to gauge free space on ionic, blue for Pandora media, pink for personal music. But still unable to access pandora stations, if they are actually there. Watch still reads “no stations yet”. Fitbit Please Help!

I had this issue at first as well. I clicked on the ionic on the Fitbit app and then went to media. Make sure you put your ionic on the charger and then click the 3 dots up right corner to force sync for pandora. Check on the pandora app on your watch to make sure it is syncing. It should say something such as syncing can take up to 15 minutes. I let mine sit for about 20 to 30 minutes. It still was showing the same message when I clicked on the app on the watch so I held the left and right bottom button till it turned off, turned it back on and checked pandora app again. Forturnately one of the stations popped up, so now I just needed the other two. I repeated what I did and then the second station popped up, tried it the third time but it didn’t work so I stopped trying. A day or two later after I had to turn it off for another reason I went back to the pandora app on the watch just because I had been using the stations frequently at work and during the day and to my surprise the third station appeared. Hopefully this will work for you.

I'm having the same behavior as the OP with my phone/ionic. Under the media manager on my phone, the bar at the top is ~60% blue (no pink), but when I check the Music app on the Ionic, it says "No Music Loaded. Using the FitBit desktop app...", and it's been syncing for hours. When I pick up the Ionic (which is still charging, I see 100% (for charge, obv) and that download animation in the upper right, but nothing's available yet.

Hi all! Thanks for letting us know about this.
It seems that @Bamoneal and @Patty_123 have setup Pandora successfully. For those of you who have still not setup Pandora successfully, please let me know where in the process you're getting stuck.
In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:
For a guide on setup, check out our help article with detailed Pandora setup instructions. You can also check out this Pandora setup video.
@Patty_123 If possible, can you share what you did to get Pandora setup?

I went through setup steps, the Ionic shows a download icon (and the Pandora app says that it's downloading), but when those icons/messages are no longer displaying, the Pandora app still says "no stations yet." I tried Bamoneal's workaround with no success.
I also tried your restart, etc. steps. No success.

Im charging the ionic. I picked a top pandora playlist. And from my fitbit app, i forced a sync for pandora. It's not showing up on my watch. What should I do?

I kill it, it's gone for a day, but I look back and it's alive again, haunting my ionic in zombie form.
I want to love this watch but I'm starting to feel like a bleeding edge lab rat - the Pandora issue just the issue of the day. I've seen one other post on this issue with no resolution. I'm sure the issue is not just limited to Pandora, but that's the only app I've messed around with.

@gmpsilon Thanks for reaching out! To confirm, are you able to do load stations some days? What phone model and OS version are you on? Also, let me know where you are getting stuck?
Btw - I've merged your question to an existing thread to keep this topic organized. I appreciate your input!

The app is not showing up? Did you scroll left all the way?

The app is showing up, just not any message about any music syncing.

nope, not the same issue. I'm trying to UNINSTALL the app from my watch and it keeps coming back. Has nothing to do with the synch or getting channels, etc. I just don't understand the concept of uninstalling apps if you can't actually remove them.

I went through the factory reset/reinstall steps again, and it worked. BUT it's not syncing updates to my Pandora stations (I deleted a whole bunch of stations, but it's still displaying a station I deleted early yesterday morning). I love the watch, I'm guessing integrating with other 3rd party apps is a challenge. I'm optimistic that it will be addressed.

My Iconic is been saying "updating stations for about 10 min. Is this what it should be doing ?It didnt say it would take a certain amount of time.
I was wondering if it just takes longer or should I do a reset like you did?

@gmpsilon That's very odd. I just tried removing (uninstalling) Pandora off my Ionic, synced the watch and even restarted the device to see if it popped back up on it's own...the Pandora app did not. Have you tried logging out/in from the app and restarting your Ionic? Keep me updated.
@dogspotsdeb @alexian Thanks for the update. I was having a bit of trouble myself and found a workaround that worked for me. Some of the steps are a bit unorthodox, but it worked.
So here is what I did to get a Pandora station downloaded today (I was about 2 feet away from the wireless router):
Let me know if the above steps work for you.
Anyone else who is still having trouble, feel free to try these steps as well.
@Wallsfamily4 - Each station can take at least 15 minutes to download. So if you are downloading 3 stations (3 max.), it will take about 45 minutes or longer. It's probably a good idea to let your Ionic download the content, making sure your Ionic is plugged into charge, walk away and do something else. When you come back, your station(s) should be loaded onto your watch.
