I have the samsung galaxy s9 plus and I cant sync it with my ionic I just bought...

It may be because the S9 is not yet on the Fitbit Approved Devices list.

Hello @PollyPocket1 if you where able to setup through the S9 we may assume the phone will work .The supported list is only of the phones tgstthave been tested, troubleshootted and are known to work .

 

Have you tried restarting the ionic and the phone?
