I haven't used my fitbit in a month and the time is wrong on it . I'm trying to update the thing with my phone but I'm having issues . It tells me to do 4 things when it fails . 1. Make sure blue tooth is enabled .2 make sure phone is near fitbit 3. Make sure you have an active internet 4.make sure both phone and fitbit are charged. I'm doing all 4 but still having no luck with it . Help

I would like you to try the step mentioned on this article Why can't I update my Fitbit device?. If after this, you're still not able to update your Ionic, then let me know if you're getting any error message.
