I just got my Ionic 2 days ago. I want to set a goal of 140 BPM and hold it at that for 10 minutes, and then gradually ramp it up as my fitness improves.
Is this something I can set on my Fitbit?
Cheers.

A warm welcome to the Community @DaddyCarlo. I'll be happy to answer your question.
It's not possible to set BPM goals. However, you can set heart rate zone because these can help you optimize your workout by targeting different training intensities. Fitbit estimates your maximum heart rate with the common formula of 220 minus your age, and calculates 3 heart-rate zones based on that number. Occasionally during intense exercise, you might notice your heart rate go above your Fitbit-calculated maximum heart rate. You can learn more about it by checking this article: What are heart-rate zones?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
