I had trouble with my ionic syncing. Wasn't showing the correct time never mind do anything else. Got the time sorted but still wouldn't sync, got in touch with fitbit to be told there is a problem with my mobile device.
This isn't good enough £300 for something on my wrist that doesn't even have the right time never mind do anything else. Smart watch!!!!
This is my second one in just over a year, bought my original in April last year that broke. This is the replacement and it's no use whatsoever!
Would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this SMART WATCH!!!!

I appreciate the details mentioned and for sharing your experience. Sorry to hear that you've had issues with two Ionic watches. Our team is aware of some syncing issues that are happening. Keep in mind that you need to have a compatible device to sync your Ionic.
