@SunsetRunner It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

 

Currently it's not possible to view the clock face when your Ionic is in exercise mode. However we're always striving to improve the features offered and that's why we have our Feature Suggestion board, these are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans. Also users have the option to vote and comment on it.
