Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a permanent resolution as quickly as possible.
I will be moving this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for it.
As a workaround, whenever the notifications do not clear you can restart your Ionic and that will clear all of them.
