For over a week I have been trying to access the watch faces & apps within the iPhone app for my Fitbit Ionic. All other elements are working but not the clock faces or apps, they just won't load up.
can anyone help with this please?

Shelley, lots of folks using iphones seem to have that problem. Use your computer if you can. The whole process is much easier and faster on the computer anyway.

However I am not able to change y clock face or review my apps on the Fitbit website from what I can see. 😞

That's correct, Shelley, those functions can only be accessed from the Fitbit App. See HERE for instructions on using a Computer with the Fitbit App.
