once I receive an email, I can see te message and clear it. But it stays on the Ionic.
I go on the notification panel, at the top and Clear All and the screen go to face mode but all the notifications are still there.
Any help?

Are you asking about the notifications on the ionic that is on your wrist? What happens when you swipe them off of the wrist.
Or is it the Fitbit app notifications on your phone?
Is it this issue about the phone?

I am talking about the watch, Ionic.
The email notifications do not clear. They stay. I had to reboot the watch.
Also I have similar problem on the app. Load notifications from 2016 and 2017 in the notification box

Well then what is the question.

I had the same issue with my Ionic and was told it has been reported to Level 2, but in the meantime all you need to do to clear the alerts that are stuck is to restart the watch. Left button and lower right button
hold till the Fitbit logo and all cleared.
hopefully the update will arrive soon.
