Cannot pair Iconic to Iphone 6

I have been trying to pair iconic with iphone6 but I cant pair, I have tried removing iconic from app and resetting iconi initially it get connected then it get unpaired then its not getting paired, How can it solve this issue.

If the two are PAIRED, try resetting your Ionic: (Press and HOLD the left and bottom right buttons together, until the fitbit icon appears, then release).  The reset has always worked for me when things get hookie and hopefully will for you as well!!

 

Also, if your Bluetooth connection continues to fail, try going into the iPhone Settings, Bluetooth Settings, find the Ionic and than "FORGET" that device.  That will force a NEW connection.
