Today is my first day wearing the fitbit ionic, I have some issues. First off it did not recognize elliptical training on automatic. Second, when finishing my workout, it has not synced with my fitbit app. It's been 4 hours. I HAVE BLUETOOTH AND WIFI ENABLED.

When all else fails, RESET (Press and HOLD the left and bottom right buttons together, until the fitbit icon appears, then release).  The reset has always worked for me when things get hookie and hopefully will for you as well!!
