I am stuck in loop. The watch screen asks to go to fitbit.com/setup. The app doesn't allow a setup. It just cycles from the account page "+setup a device" to the setup Fibit Ionic Picture and button at the bottom. Pressing it returns to the account page.
Help! This is one expensive watch it should not be difficult or frustrating to setup. My Microsoft band was a breeze.

Thanks for the reply/suggestion. Turns out that the app from Amazon app store is not up-to-date. The one from google playstore is the latest version. Everything working fine now.

Not sure what phone / operating system you’re using but in the Fitbit app of your phone, on the account tab at the bottom is the + Set Up a Device. Clicking on this should take you to a page with pictures/names of all the Fitbit trackers, one of which (at the top) is Ionic. You should be able to click on that to start the setup procedure.
Is this not the case?
