Cannot sync my Ionic

Hello,

 

my app is trying to sync to my watch nonstop, but nothing happens.

watch restarts and everything is still the same - then app is doing it again and again. None stop circle of trying to sync and restarts…

 

what should i do?

To resolve difficulties to sync your Watch, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Ionic as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643154568271.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
