Hi,
I just purchased the new Fitbit Ionic. Previously I had the Fitbit Blaze. The problem I am experiencing now is that I cannot track my friend's activities anymore even though they are still all listed but their activity remains static. How do I remedy this?

This sounds like an app/sync issue rather than an issue with your Ionic. You need to make sure your friends have synced to their apps. Can they see each other and you? I find friends drop off my active list and I need to prompt them to sync. You might also need to reauthorise them as friends (or them you).

Do you know for sure that these friends have been active in the past 7 days?
I switched over from the Blaze to the Ionic and my friends activity did not change.

Yes I know for sure, because I workout with them at the gym & we are all wearing our fitbits.
