Cannot update my Ionic unit

I get a notice to update my Ionic. It says: "Update Your Tracker". Then it says:"Looking for tracker".

 

Then I get error: "Could not complete your Fitbit Ionic update"

 

Help please!

Try these steps and see if it helps

1) Restart your device

In your smartphone, with your Bluetooth turned off,
1) Go to your Setting >Application Manager > Fitbit App
2) Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall
3) Reinstall the app, and allow the app to turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth when prompted


In your fitbit app, go to your device, and:
1) Turn ON All-Day Sync
2) Turn OFF Always Connected phone support

Sad to say that after following all instructions to a "T" I still cannot
update my Ionic unit!
