I have the hourly remind on so it reminds me to get 250 steps every hour during the hours I selected. Is it possible to change it to 1000 steps per hour?

Hi, @Ashley10997, no, that is not possible. It is set at 250 steps as that is a minimum to make sure you stretch your legs and move your body.
If you would like to have customizable reminders to move, you might like to vote for this feature suggestion. The more votes, the more likely a suggestion is to be implemented.

I don't think it's possible to delete this feature off the Ionic itself, but it is possible, I believe to delete the tile from your dashboard....is that what you want to do?

I agree that a set reminder of only 250 steps that I receive ten minutes before the hour is over is a bit useless and needs to be customizable for the user.
I’ve set my device to a 14 hour day. IF I were to depend on that to make my goal I’d never get there. I get it, we all move around through the day and it’s a reminder to be active but 250 steps takes no time at all.
To meet my goal for the day, I have to do around 1000 steps. I’m a photographer so if I get into an editing project I can for get to move and finding out I need 250 steps this hour is hardly goal achievement over the course of the day.
wonder if I shared that petition to increase steps per hour if that might reinvigorate it and show developers how much the customers could benefit from it. I know someone who genuinely thought 250 an hour would get her to 10k a day. I was like do the math, that doesn’t work... was a bit funny once she thought about it.
