Hi,

I am an Expat living in Netherlands. I got my new teacker few days ago (ionic) and I can't change the language on the watch from Dutch - where he automatičara landed some how? to english. Even when I change the country on my profile page, nothing hapoens with the language on my Ionic.

What should I do to get mu watch again be in english?

@Peggia Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you've changed the language on your profile page. 

 

Please confirm you're doing this procedure to change the language on your Fitbit Ionic: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     

    > your profile picture. 

  2. Tap Advanced Settings > Country.
  3. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
  4. Choose your country, then sync your device.
  5. Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.
