Changing lap distance for swim

Swim tracking is set for a 25 m lap.  The pool I swim in is a 50 m pool.  How do I change the lap distance?

When you go to the Exercise app, select Swim and press the Settings ( a cog ) icon. There you will be able to change pool length.
