Got my new Ionic yesterday. After initial set up I cannot resolve km to miles so far. "From phone app dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right. Scroll down to 'Advanced Settings' > Units > Length" is not working for me. After doing those steps there is no final apply step or other prompt. Sync now does not change the units either.

Try the website settings here: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
scroll down to Units and click for the drop down menu.
Then the units drop down menu.
After setting the units try syncing again and see if this changes anything.
