My charger just stopped working.
Nothing happens when I attach it to my watch (Ionic). It worked fine last evening and since then I have been wearing the watch. What could be the issue and how do I get a new charger in worst case? Is this error included in the guarantee?

I have only had my Ionic for a month and tonight I want to charge it but it won't charge. It charged yesterday during the firmware update, but bit since. Do I need a new charger already??

@jbeke1015 Have you tried Restarting your Ionic? Did you do the calibration after the firmware update? To restart, Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together until the fitbit icon appears, then release.

Yes, I did both. And now my battery is depleting very fast.... 😞

Have you tried a different power source such as a wall charger you use for your phone?
The warranty does cover the charging cable so if you can't get it going then you can contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Hi @Paul_Gags, the green lights you see flickering have nothing to do with the charging. They are the heart rate monitors.
I would suggest doing a restart, as outlined above. If the restart doesn't work and you got the Ionic directly through the Fitbit site, I would suggest contacting them to see if they will send you a new charger. The charger, as mentioned earlier is covered in the limited warranty, which I believe is a year or less.
If you did not get it through Fitbit, I would suggest going on to the Fitbit site and purchasing the charger separately.

I am so disappointed with my iconic Fitbit. First the watch stopped working after 8 months, but replaced by Fitbit under warranty, now I don't know if it is the watch or charger. Either way, it is not good enough. To me I have wasted $390 on the purchase. Not of good quality.
Recommend that if you wish to purchase a smart watch, either buy a real cheapie, or spend the money on quality such as the Apple Watch.
