For a not cheap product (Fitbit ionic ) your charging technology is very very poor indeed .i have 2 chargers in different places in my house and neither will charge the watch , sometimes it works and sometimes

it does not . It is very frustrating and I am now going to buy an Apple Watch

It can be a bit fiddly but strangely I find the ionic charger their best one so far. I just wish they didn't change it with every model.
