I have had my Ionic for 10 months. When I connect the charger, it has to be wiggled until I can get it to charge. I have received 2 new cables from Fitbit. I used the latest new one this morning. Again, I have to wiggle it around to get it to charge. I just unplugged it and it was at 54%. It didn’t even charge it. I am tired of just getting new cables when obviously it has to be the watch itself. Fitbit told me they don’t have anyone to repair them. Are they waiting for my warranty to be up by stringing me along with new cables? Anyone else have this issue??

Hi @Hdlady67 Welcome to the Community forums. Try giving your charging contacts a clean as per the instructions here If this doesn't help, then I would suggest contacting Customer Support to discus.what other options might be available to you.
