I updated mu iphone 8 with ios version 13.1.2. The update succeeded. When i started my Fitbit app it told me that it noticed that ios was installed. I ignored the message and went to the app. I was very surprised that it lost all the information. It showed no information at all. I reset my phone and i installed the fitbit app again after deleting it. Still no information, the app seems to work as it should but it gives no information: 0 steps, 0 active minutes, no sleep etc.

my ionic watch works properly. What can I do?

My excuses. I accidently logged in on my Charge 2 instead of my Ionic. Problem solved.
