I have had my fitbit 2 1/2 years battery has died and it wont charge ive tried plugging into computer via a socket and usb charging socket wont charge tried new charger still doesnt work just a black screen can you help ?

Hi @Alexwestern96 welcome to the forums! Sometimes if I jiggle my charger it works for me...failing that you can contact customer support.
