I have 5 old notifications on my ionic watch, which I just can't clear, any tips?

My experience is that you also need to look at them, and dismiss/ delete them, on your phone; only after that will they stop annoying you on the watch!

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
