The Fitbit Ionic needs more clock faces.

Fitbit needs to create more legitimate faces. I keep hearing how one can create their own clock face. Can someone please explain this to me?

Different strokes for different folks!  I use a 3rd party clock face and I believe it looks very professional.  It is called ASK and the same developer has several others that are also very professional looking. Hard to believe you can't find a single one to suit you out of 479.
