My ionic every 3 weeks roughly stops synchronisation and give me give me a clock face error.
I changed my clock face minimum of 12 times in the last six months ; not sure is that just me or someone else have the same problem looking for any suggestions please?

@Wael_m67 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with Ionic and the clock faces giving errors. Thanks for changing the clock face in order to sort this out.
Are you using the same clock face or are you using different ones each time?
If you are using the same one, try changing it to a different one. If different clock faces will give you the error, try restarting your watch.
Also, for the clock face that will give errors you could report it to send your feedback so the developer may take a closer look at it. Please check this post for more details on this.
