Clock consistently 4 mins slow

My clock runs 4 mins slower than my phone. I always have auto sync enabled and even when syncing it still runs slow. My phone app will say "sync complete 4 mins ago". Is there a way to fix this?

It's pretty weird that your clock runs 4 mins slower than your phone. I would like you to make sure you have all day sync and always connected to make sure your Ionic is syncing all your data. 

Please reply to the following questions in order to gather more information about it:

- Is your Ionic showing you the correct timezone?

- Does it always says sync complete 4 mins ago? 

- Does your Ionic sync automatically or it syncs until you do a force sync?

- Which mobile phone you have?
