HI,
recently my Fitbit Ionic has been displaying all 0s on the clock face (think HR, steps, calories, active minutes, flights of stairs).
When I enter the 'today' menu it is all displayed correctly, however it will not display on the clock face.
I have tried re-setting and re-updating the software with no luck.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @lucyjane101! Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience with the Clock Face, nice way to go!
While reading your post I was wondering what's the Clock Face you have set on your Ionic? Are you using a third-party clock face? If so, try to switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
To see your options, open the Fitbit app and tap or click the Account icon > your device image > Clock Faces > Pick a New Clock.
Additionally, I'd try the following:
