Since the update, I cannot change any clock face setting. Even the FitBit created Simple will stay pink no matter what color I attempt to change it to. I've tried many different clock faces, both FitBit created and 3rd party with the same result. I've shut down and restarted my Ionic. I've restarted the Fitbit app. I've restarted Bluetooth on my phone. I've restarted my Galaxy S7. Nothing seems to trigger a better connection. It's default options on all clock faces or nothing. I do get notifications and can change the clock face, so the connection works selectively.
As a former Pebble user, the connection issues suffered by Fitbit that keep coming up in different ways are just infuriating. I like Fitbit, but I don't know why they can't make a system that works as well as other companies can.

Neither worked. I tried restarting 3 times first. After a long time on chat with a representative, she was not able to solve my issue. They said they would send an email with follow-up options. It seems my Ionic won't connect to Wi-Fi. It connects for everything else via Bluetooth, but the Wi-Fi set-up fails every time. Yay for a litany of issues with the Ionic! (sarcasm)
