Coach Premium Exercises vanished

Hi all,

Two nights ago all of my coach workouts, except for the stock three,vanished. Now the ionic won't sync with the coach app, only the general fitbit app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled both apps multiple times as well as a complete factory reset of my Ionic, and still it refuses to sync up with coach, or show the personalized workouts. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, was there a fix? Can anyone from Fitbit figure this out? Very stressful considering I was trying to stick to a rigorous wonrkout routine...

A warm welcome to the Community @MCJ92! I appreciate the steps you've performed in order to fix this. Our team is aware of the issue and working toward a resolution. I believe you already met these requirements but I just want to confirm you have them all: 

  1. Downloaded/installed Fitbit Coach and Fitbit apps
  2. Created a basic account and or subscribed to Coach Premium
  3. Connected the Fitbit account with Fitbit Coach account in the Coach app (settings>services)
  4. Completed the Fit Test
  5. Selected a program selection (Daily Dose, Get Lean, Get Moving, or Get Strong)
  6.  Updated the Coach app on Versa/Ionic to the latest version
  7. Synced your watch to the Fitbit app a few times
