Twice now the coach app has reset the watch after the first exorcise on the 7 min workout.
Any ifeas why?

A warm welcome to the Community @jonb1760! It's pretty weird that your watch is resetting after the exercise. I would like you to provide me with more details about what happening:
- Is your Ionic deleting all the previous data before your exercising?
- Are the exercises changing after you use Coach app?
- Have you tried restarting your Ionic?

So I start the seven minute coach program and after the first exorcise (star jumps) the watch restarts. No data is lost and the device works fine from then on. After the first time I restarted the watch but happened the next day. Both times the device was low battery. I have reinstalled the app and will let you k ow what happens.
