Coach starting on its own

For the last two evenings when I’ve been sitting watching TV I’ve noticed my ionic suddenly switches to coach, I can’t then press the home button I have to essentially wait until it self selects an abs workout and begins the workout.  At this point I can then pause and end the workout.

Anyone else had this problem and resolved it?

@LJfitionic Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Fitbit Coach starting on its own on your Ionic.

This is really strange! Could you please try performing a restart on Ionic? That could sort this out for you.

I will investigate further on this, please let me know if the restart is the solution.

I have the same issue. Just started happening.  Reset my Ionic three time. 

 

Has not fixed the issue.
